Squirrel Boxes products are built and shipped based on the options selected and the specifications listed on each product page. Please review details carefully before purchasing.
Buyer Responsibility (Read Before Ordering)
Squirrel Boxes is not responsible for incorrect purchases resulting from missed details or changes in preferences after ordering.
Returns (Accepted With Conditions)
We accept returns under the following terms:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original condition (and packaging when reasonably possible).
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).
Note: If a returned item shows signs of installation, use, modification, excessive wear, damage, or missing components, the return may be declined or subject to additional deductions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method for the item price minus the 15% restocking fee (and any non-refundable shipping costs, if applicable). Refund timing depends on your bank/payment provider, but we process approved refunds after inspection.
Damaged or Broken Parts on Arrival
If your box arrives with broken parts, Squirrel Boxes will ship replacement parts to you. To help us fix it quickly:
- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of:
- the damaged parts
- the packaging (inside and outside)
- the shipping label
