Squirrel Boxes ships products to customers across the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the selected shipping method.

  • United States: Yes, we ship throughout the United States.
  • Canada: We ship to Canada. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are shown during checkout once you enter your shipping address. Delivery timelines can vary by carrier, destination, and seasonal volume.

What Are Business Days?

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not business days.

Tracking and Shipment Confirmation

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also view tracking details by logging into your account on SquirrelBoxes.com and viewing your order.

Why Tracking May Not Update Immediately

Tracking updates may take time to appear. Sometimes a label is created before the carrier scans the package, or scans may be delayed while the package is moving between facilities. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours (or 72 hours over weekends/holidays), please contact us with your order number, and we’ll help.

Canada Orders: Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

For Canadian shipments, your order may be subject to duties, taxes (GST/HST/PST), brokerage, or other import fees. These charges are assessed by Canadian customs and/or the carrier and are the responsibility of the buyer. Squirrel Boxes does not control or collect these fees unless explicitly shown at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may require additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives with broken parts, Squirrel Boxes will ship replacement parts. Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of:

  • the damaged parts
  • the packaging (inside and outside)
  • the shipping label

Returns and Return Shipping

For returns, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility a,nd a 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
